| JANIS REDDEN I have enjoyed being a real estate agent since 1983 starting out in the So. California area. After vacationing for 15+ years in the Carson Valley, my husband and I made the decision to move to No. Nevada & it's a decision we have never regretted. After moving to No. Nevada in 2001, I obtained my Nevada Broker's license in 2002 & have been selling real estate ever since. I received my designation as a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) & this knowledge is helpful when selling or listing short sales or foreclosed properties.
